  • Do not go to bed without washing your face at night especially if you have make up on.

  • Do not touch your face with dirty hands and never pick at your skin.

  • Do not use products with Paraben. Some people get allergic reactions due to paraben based products.

  • Do not use hot water on your face it can make it dry and dull.

  • Do not use products with talc or mineral oil in them, as they are known to clog pores.

  • Do eat a balanced diet and drink lots of water. It does make a difference in your skin.

  • Do take time for self-care it is important for your mind, body and soul.

  • Do use a skin appropriate mask once or twice a week. 

  • Do use sunscreen every day on your face, even on cloudy days at least SPF 30 and higher. Sunscreen is one of the best anti-aging products.

  • Must have skincare products.

  • Vitamin C is your friend. Use to brighten your skin and repair damage.

  • Retinol does it all. Great for lines and wrinkles, increasing the cellular turnover, unclogging pores and stimulating new collagen production.

  • Eye cream is a must have. Start in your twenties with a light eye cream and as you get older use a richer eye cream.

  • Sunscreen, sunscreen and more sunscreen.
